Ruth works in a healthtech software company in Bath. She’s passionate about people, teams, coming together in unity and loves to bake cake!
Christiaan van Schalkwyk

Christiaan is a Chartered Accountant originally from South Africa, who now lives in the UK with his family.
Triss Horwood

TRUSTEE
Triss is in full time Christian ministry travelling around the world to minister at different events and churches. She leads Audacious Ladies Ministry, for releasing women into their calling. Triss is also Chair of Trustees for The Genesis Trust and was a nurse and Senior Manager in the NHS for over 34 years.
Chris Horwood

TRUSTEE
Chris works in full time ministry alongside his wife Triss to support churches across England and Russia. Chris & Triss are the leaders of New International Church Bath, and they also travel internationally to minister in a number of nations.

MISSIONAL ADVISOR
Simon Guillebaud MBE founded the charity Great Lakes Outreach which supports people in one of the poorest countries on earth, Burundi. He’s a passionate evangelist and runs a successful podcast called ‘Inspired…with Simon Guillebaud’ which showcases amazing gospel stories from across the spectrum of human experience.
Sir Peter Heywood

CHARITABLE ADVISOR
Sir Peter lives in Bath and is passionate about building local community. Amongst other projects, he founded the charity The Genesis Trust which now helps thousands of people in various ways in the Bath area.
Reverend Kenny Nelson

PASTORAL ADVISOR
Kenny is the pastor of Elim Church Bath and is a trustee of the Life Project. He lives in Bath with his family.
Rachel Buckeridge

CHARITABLE ADMINISTRATOR & DATA PROTECTION LEAD

SAFEGUARDING LEAD

Ben Knowlman

DIRECTOR & DEPUTY SAFEGUARDING LEAD
Ben founded Incoming Ministries in 2021. He has been working in youth ministry for 10 years and 18-30s ministry for 8 years. Ben is married to Maria and attends All Saints Weston Church, Bath. He wants to see a generation encounter Jesus!
